Mary Ann Seegel

Mary Ann Seegel, Bedford, IN, and formerly of Indianapolis, passed away January 5, 2015. She was born November 3, 1921 in Chicago, IL. Mary Ann retired from Marion County Criminal Court I and was a Democratic precinct committeewoman. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Mitchell, IN. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Seegel, Sr., and three brothers. She is survived by her children, Charles Seegel (Susan), Dana Seegel (Theresa), Michael Seegel (Mary), Melissa Taylor (Bob), Barbara Donehue Ramos (Rafael Ramos Alvarez), and Susan Mumford (Kenneth); eleven grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be on Thursday, January 8 at 2 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, with visitation from 12 PM until service time. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
