Marvin E. Kolp,
88, peacefully passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at his home in Indianapolis Indiana. Marvin was a veteran of the Korean War and an entrepreneur, starting numerous companies throughout his life. He was also actively involved and very proud of the many organizations that he belonged to. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Kolp; father and mother, Hoyt and Muriel Kolp. Marvin is survived by daughters Kathy (Robert) Foster and Terri (Bruce) Didion, Grandchildren: Nicole Rinker, Chip (Kristi) Rinker, and Danielle (Willie) Melvin, Great-Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Rinker and Macy Rinker, Sisters: Carolyn McNeely and Nancy McCalip. Visitation will be held Friday August 22, 2014 from 4pm to 8pm with Masonic service at 7:30pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday August 23, 2014 at 10am at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East. Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in lieu of flowers.
