Martin Lee Burns
81, Indianapolis, Indiana, died June 12, 2014. He was born March 26, 1933 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Martin attended Westlake Church of Christ and was a member of the VFW, American Legion and AMVETS. He served in the U S Army during the Korean War and was Vice President of Indianapolis Paper Company. Survivors: wife, Virginia "Jenny" Marlene (Fulton) Burns; sons, Jeff Burns, Michael Burns and Greg Johnson; daughter, Pam Barnhart; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bert Burns and Charlotte (Briethaupt) Burns Daley; son, Larry Burns. Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:00 noon, June 14, 2014 (TODAY) at Flanner and Buchanan – Decatur 5463 Kentucky Ave. Indianapolis with visitation preceding the service from 10:00 a,m. to 12 noon. Burial, West Ridge Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
