Marlene Franco-Velez, 62 of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Marlene was born January 18, 1958 in Long Island, NY to the late William and Maria Franco-Velez.
A memorial visitation will be held Monday, November 23 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel.
Marlene is survived by her children, Kelly M. Nighbert and William “Cole” Nighbert; mother, Maria Franco-Velez; sister, Denise (husband, Jim) Smyth; nieces and nephews
