Mark Hobbs, 65, of Noblesville, IN, went home to be with his Lord on September 8, 2025. Mark was born in Indianapolis on October 11, 1959. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Jean Hobbs.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Kathleen Hobbs; children, Alaina Cathrine Hawley (Eric) and Alisha Nicole Weaver (Stephen); his stepchildren, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Logue and Nathan Everett Logue; his grandchildren, Dean Hobbs Hawley, Ruth Elaine Hawley, Oliver James Weaver, and Ezra Thomas Weaver; and his siblings, Debra Kay Hobbs, Trudy Tucker (Alan), Kim Murdock (Chris), and Max Patton (Daisy).
Mark was an avid outdoorsman, whether fishing, boating, golfing, hunting or hiking. When not outdoors, he could be found playing his guitar, attending concerts with Nancy, or spending time with his grandchildren. He also found joy in all aspects of sports, including competing in triathlons and cheering on Purdue basketball. He shared his love of sports by volunteering with Special Olympics Indiana as a basketball, flag football, powerlifting, and golfing coach.
His family and friends will remember Mark for his kind heart, devotion to his family, and sense of humor.
Visitation will be held from 12pm until 2pm, September 12, 2025, at Flanner Buchanan Hamilton Memorial Park – Prairie Waters (4180 Westfield Rd. Westfield, IN), with the funeral service and burial following immediately after
Memorial Donations may be made in Mark's honor to Special Olympics of Indiana.
