Mark D. Levy

Mark D. Levy, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away May 1, 2014. He was born July 12, 1955 in Kokomo to the late Daniel and Frances Levy. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Mary J. Levy; son, Uriah Levy, step children, Robert(Windy) Adam, Kenneth Adam, and Diana Jones; step grandchildren, Jordan, Kendall, and Tyler; brothers, Michael "Kent" (Janet) Levy, Larry Onkes; sister, Robin(Larry) Wall; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his niece, Kimberly Onkes. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and NASCAR. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014 from 11-2 PM followed by a service at 2:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
