Marjorie J. Macdonald, 88, Indianapolis passed away January 22, 2013. She was born January 28, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late Bob and Arevilla (Nelson) Abrams. She married William T. Macdonald on July 16, 1954, in Indianapolis. He preceded her in passing on September 24, 2012, after 58 years of marriage. Marjorie had worked for several years at Blocks Department Store in the cosmetic department. She enjoyed doing crafts, playing her ukulele with her sister, and loved traveling with her husband. She is survived by her children, Paul E. (Alice) Macdonald, Lou Ann Macdonald, Sharon E. Cox; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Roberta Reece. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Great Hall Chapel at Washington Park North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
