Marilyn Pritchard Albright

Marilyn Pritchard Albright, 91, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at home on August 21, 2013. She was born in Chicago, IL on July 13, 1922, the daughter of Clarence and Florence Pritchard. Mrs. Albright was a legal secretary for law firms in Indianapolis and worked for RCA until 1975 when she left to care for her injured daughter. Marilyn was a devoted mother and caregiver, an avid reader, and she loved animals. Mrs. Albright was preceded in death by her husband of over 40 years, Warren Eugene Albright, brothers Donald and Gordon, sisters Helen and Phyllis, and late-life companion Bill Lalley. Mrs. Albright is survived by her son Michael Allen Albright and wife Lynne Gilbert Albright of Charlotte, NC and Johnson City, TN; daughter Peggy Ann Albright of Indianapolis, IN; grandson Elliott Gilbert Albright of Rock Hill, SC; and special caregiver Bonnie Lee Prosser. The family will receive friends at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM.
