Marilyn E. Nuetzmann

Marilyn E. Nuetzmann, age 78 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday morning, October 13, 2025.

Marilyn was born on November 16, 1946 in Connersville, Indiana, a daughter of Claude Harold Shubert and Ethel Maxine (White) Shubert.

She was one of five children, all of who have preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters: Angela (Troy) Whitaker and Dawn (Russell) Gard, both of Indianapolis.

Several grandchildren and also several great grandchildren.

A brief visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 1:30 – 2:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park Funeral Center, located at 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 46222.

In accordance with Marilyn's wishes, a graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Floral Park Cemetery.  Chaplain Tom Bartley will officiate.

All in attendance are asked to please meet in the Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park Funeral Center for the brief visitation time before processing out to the graveside service together.

Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park Funeral Center has charge of arrangements.

Marilyn grew up in Connersville, Indiana. She attended Connersville High School. After high school she worked at an Insurance Company in downtown Indianapolis. Over the years she greatly enjoyed cooking, knitting & crocheting, embroidering and arts & crafts. 

Most importantly Marilyn was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
