Marija Lulgjuraj

Indianapolis, Indiana – Marija Lulgjuraj passed away on October 7, 2023. Marija was born to Nol & Prena (Bojaj) Juncaj in Tuzi, Montenegro, on July 17, 1946. She was 77 years old.

Marija was a loving mother and grandmother, who, after immigrating here in 1969, faced a lot of challenges, in leaving behind a country she loved and adjusting to a new culture.

She found her joy in bringing her family together though, using her creativity and cooking skills to be the hostess everyone loved to join. The backbone of her family, she will be profoundly missed.

Marija is survived by her mother, Prena Juncaj; son Kola; daughter Lilana (David); sister Terezja; brother Pashko; grandchildren Annabelle and Daniela and extended Lulgjuarj, Juncaj, and Rainey Family.
