Marietta Myers

Marietta Myers 86 of Carmel passed away June 9, 2014. She was born to the late Herbert & Helen Reinert. Marietta worked for the State of Indiana for 18 years. She was enjoyed entertaining, playing cards and was very involved in local politics. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Myers; sisters, Bernice Bailey, Helen Rothwell and Ruth Haynes; brothers, Bob and Jim Reinert. Survivors include children, Roxysann (Richard) Durbin, Lawrence (Lili) Myers, Jr.; sisters, Rose Reck and Shirley Andrews; brother, Joe Reinert; grandchildren, Chrissy (Steve) West and Jenny Durbin; great grandchildren, Lucy West and Alex Gunion. A memorial service will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel with calling 1 hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Alzheimer's Association.
