Marie Ash

Marie "Elaine" (Swift) Ash 73, Indianapolis, passed away August 12, 2015. Elaine was born in Baltimore, MD on March 25, 1942 to parents, Thomas Jerome and Grace Elizabeth (Beyer) Swift. She worked as a Real Estate Developer. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Richard "Dick" and brother, Kenny. Survivors include her children: Mike (Liz), Michele (Scott) and Elaina (Tracy); grandchildren: Ashton and Chase, Daniel (Star), Mary (Djonavan) and Jessica; six great-grandchildren; siblings: Brenda (Bill), Wayne (Christine) and Dawn (Ricky); sister-in-law, Kathy; brother-in-law, David (Roberta); nieces and nephews: Shane, Pam, Kristie, Kenny, Kim, Jennifer, Erica, Teresa, Tina and Bub; as well as many other great-nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Friends may call from 4pm until 8pm on Monday, August 17, 2015 in Flanner and Buchanan- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Good Shepherd Chapel), where funeral services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Entombment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Research Foundation.
