Margarette Bracken

Margarette Scott Bracken, 96 of Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015. Margarette was born in Marion County on June 6, 1918, one of the seven children born to Arlie and Corda Scott. She retired from Arrow Drapery in 1980; previously, she worked at Western Electric for 10 years. She was a member of Oaklandon Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 10 at Flanner and Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, where family and friends are invited to gather from 1:00 pm until the time of the service. Margarette was the widow of F. Earl Bracken. She is survived by her daughter, Karman Lee Lamar; granddaughters, Kim (Dan) Clevenger and Kris (Randy) Dunn; great grandchildren, Emily and Andrew Clevenger, Ali and Nathan Dunn.
