Margaret Anne (Westrick) Page, 85, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026. She was born on August 18, 1940, in Detroit, MI to the late Edward Thomas Westrick and late Evelyn M. (Brady) Westrick.
Peggy, as she was affectionately known, met her husband Dennis G. Page through mutual friends. The first time they met was at the hospital where Peggy worked. Upon introduction, they shook hands, and Peggy complimented Dennis on his firm grip. They were married about a year later on January 13, 1962. They enjoyed 64 wonderful years together.
Those who knew Peggy will remember her for her warmth and sense of humor, her deep devotion to God, love of her Catholic faith, and her ability to befriend anyone. She was ceaselessly devoted to others and led with faith, signing cards with and reminding loved ones that “God is always with you.” She spent many years as a registered nurse, working nights while raising four boys with her husband, Dennis. In 1982 she moved with her husband and family from Ferndale, MI to Carmel, IN where she spent the rest of her life. She was part of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Carmel Woman’s Club, and the Seton Women’s Club for decades. Family was very important to Peggy, and she had a big one: being an only child, she adored spending quality time with her many children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In her free time, you would see Peggy visiting with friends, playing Bridge, going to book club, or doing the crossword with a Diet Coke in hand. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Peggy is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Page; sons Thomas (Kathleen) Page, Michael (Trisha) Page, Philip (Lori) Page, and Jon (Jennifer) Page; grandchildren Alex, Andrew & Kerigan, Allison & Dan, Benjamin, Devin, Eric, Jacob, Katie, Karly, Kristen & Alex, Molly, Rachel & Grant, Sarah, and Tim & Mackenzie; and great-grandchildren Brady, Collins, Jack, and Theo.
Visitation for Peggy will be from 9 – 10 am on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 10655 Haverstick Road, Carmel, IN 46033, with a Memorial Mass immediately following at 10:30 am. Burial will take place at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Peggy's name may be made to MS Society, Holy Family Shelter, or Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
