Margaret Ann Tongate

Margaret Ann Tongate of Indianapolis passed away February 29, 2020 at the age of 82.

She was born July 12, 1937 in Indianapolis to the late George and Berniece Horning.

She worked for many years as a florist at Lanman and later worked as a telemarketer for Lane Bryant. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her children Julieanne Guymon (Bill) and William Tongate (Bonnie).

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Bill Lee Tongate and brother George Horning.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 5 from 1 to 3 PM with a Funeral Service beginning at 3 PM at Flanner Buchanan – Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Memorial Park Cemetery.
