Marcia Carol Hunter

Marcia Carol Hunter, 84, of Ingalls, Indiana, passed away August 5, 2013. She was born July 15, 1929 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Jesse and Margaret Parson. She is survived by her four children, Marcia(Mick) Cutler, Tina Hunter, Lisa Abel, and Gordon Hunter, Jr.; grandchildren, Heidi Byers, James(Jess) Byers, IV, Carrie(Eric) Bowman, Bethany Waymire, Donald(Desire) Waymire II, Michael Kennedy, Steven Kennedy, Melissa Kennedy, Daniel(Kelly) Kennedy, George Spears II, Steve(Ashely) Ort II, and Ashley Hunter; great grandchildren, Rebecca, Samantha, Jimmy, Cheyenne, Matt, Madison, Jackson, Gracie, Gabe, baby girl Adelynn Kennedy(on the way), Haley, Kayla, Clayton, Hope, and Steve, III; siblings, Robert "Bob" Parson, Marilyn Barding, Al(Butch) Parson, Jerry Parson, Rusty Parson, Shorty Parson, Gene Parson, Wilma Noble, and Rosalie Kinneman. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Gordon Hunter; daughter, Cindy Spears; brother, Lawrence Parson; and son-in-law, Robin Abel. She enjoyed spending time with her family. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2013 from 3-5 PM followed by a funeral service at 5:00 PM at Flanner and Buchanan - Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street.
