Manuel R. Ortiz IV 44, of Indianapolis died on November 30, 2013. Manuel R. Ortiz IV was born on October 7, 1969 to Catherine Ortiz (Martin) and Manuel R. Ortiz III. Manuel truly loved life. He enjoyed laughing and joking around with family and friends. He also loved to fish in his spare time. Manuel was an active member of Barrington Church of Christ. He was a devoted family man who loved spending time with his family. Manual is survived by his parents; loving wife Angela Ortiz; children Dakota Ortiz, Logan Ortiz, Sophia Ortiz, Izaac Reeves, Caitlyn Reeves; God son Jeremiah Weatherly; brothers Darrell Ortiz, Seiji Ortiz as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and church family and friends. Friends may call from 10am-12pm Saturday, December 7, 2013, with a service at 12pm at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St, Indianapolis, IN. Burial will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
