Luetta Shipley

Luetta Pittman Shipley 70 of Indianapolis entered eternal life on April 24, 2012. She was a United Steel worker for 30 years having retired from Diamond Chain Corp with over 20 years and working for 5 at Carrier Corp. Luetta was preceded in death by her father, Beryl Pittman; daughter, Cindy Barwick; grandson, Dustin Vinson; brother, Harold Pittman; sisters, Sue Baugh and Judy Lane. She is survived by : children, Carla Vinson, Bryan (Carrie) Barwick, Kelly (Walt) McFarland; mother, Harriett Pittman; brothers, Carl, Jim and Roger Pittman; sisters, Ruth Pittman Johnson, Faye Pittman Lane; grandchildren, Kristen, Kaitlynn, Donovan McFarland, Channy Vinson, Samuel, Matthew, Macy Barwick. Funeral services will begin at 10am Friday April 27, 2012 in Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur, with visitation there Thursday from 4-8pm. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN.
