Lucy C. Fowler, 85, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2023, with her family by her side.
She was born on July 18, 1937, in Groton, Connecticut, to Phillip and Charlotte Brown.
Lucy was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all of those who knew her. She worked for Balkamp (Napa Auto Parts Distributor) in Plainfield for 35 years.
