Lucille Tinsley

Lucille Tinsley, 91, of Indianapolis, passed away February 1, 2019. She was born December 21, 1927 to the late Wilbur and Mildred Parks in Lyon county, Kansas. Lucille grew up on a farm and had fond memories of riding her horse, Babe, to school as a young child.

Lucille is survived by her 8 loving children as well as many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Donny Parks and Dale Parks.

Lucille was preceded in death by her late husband Carl Tinsley.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 11AM at Flanner Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229.
