Lucille Susan Strube

Lucille Susan Strube, 93 of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 25, 2021. She was born June 17, 1928 in Dale, IN to the late William and Elnora (Braunecker) Wahl. Lucille was an Assembler at Western Electric retiring in 1985. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and Pioneers of America. Lucille was dearly loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her son, Bill (Susan) Strube, her grandchildren, Ashley (Josh) Tooley, Tessa Strube, great granddaughter, Addilyn Tooley, and her sister, Helen Buckallew. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Strube. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at St. Ann Catholic Church 6350 S. Mooresville Road Indianapolis, IN with visitation there 1 hour prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery. The family request in lieu of flowers memorial gifts are to be made to St. Ann Catholic Church. Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township is honored to be serving the Strube family.
