Lucille M. Stebe (Franklin), Indianapolis, IN born October 7, 1914, died April 29th, 2016 at 101 years old. As Interior Designers, Lucy and her twin sister, Louise Franklin Elliott, were co-owners of the Now and Then Shop in Broad Ripple for over 30 years.

Preceded in death by her husband, Louis Stebe; son, John Robert Rudolph; sisters: Louise Elliott, Juanita Harrison and Marcella Griffith; brother Clifford Franklin and her great grandson, Spencer Smith.
She is survived by her grandchildren, James Rudolph, Lauren Pourmand, Nancy Humphrey, Susan Atwood and Maryann Hubbert as well as her great grandchildren: Sarah Rudolph, Robert Rudolph, Stephen Rudolph, Clorissa Gonzales, Robbie Gonzales, Cameron Pourmand, Andrea Smith, Michael Atwood, Melina Atwood and Jim Scott. She also had 7 great, great grandchildren: Evan, Brian, Mia, Sophia, Emery, Hannah, Kaden and Adalynn.
