Louise V. Whitt 88 of Indianapolis passed away May 18, 2011. She was born April 16, 1923 in Menden, WVA the daughter of Samuel Herman and Stella Mae (Broyles) Riley. Survivors: daughter, Linda (Stephen) Proctor; 3 grandchildren, Midge (Michael) Hartig, Stephen (Becky) Proctor III and David Proctor; 3 great grandchildren, Sydney, Mitchell and Brayton Proctor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Osborne Whitt, Sr. and son, Howard Osborne Whitt III.
