Louise S. Cross

Louise S. Cross, 78, of Lawrence, IN died Sunday, December 11, 2011. She was born October 3, 1933 in Kentucky, daughter of Clarence and Mable (York) Sutton. Louise was a homemaker and longtime member of New Hope Baptist Church and had attended Zion United Baptist Church. She was a founding member of the Lawrence Crime Watch Group. She is survived by a daughter, Judy Morris of Indianapolis; brother, Charlie Sutton of Mooresville; sisters, Elise Sutton of Greenwood, Esther Sutton of Avon, Vesther and Ruth Sutton of Indiana.; 5 grandchildren, Nichole, Brooklyn and Cierra Landers, Brittany Dupont and Matthew Morris. She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Cross in 2001. Funeral Services 1pm, Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Flanner & Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN. Visitation 4-8 pm Wednesday and 1 hour prior to service on Thursday. Burial Washington Park East Cemetery.
