Louise E. Hendrickson, fondly known as Easy Louisey or Weeze, passed away on May 7, 2024, in Speedway, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion She was born on October 30, 1928, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Claffey.
Louise dedicated her life to being a caring homemaker for her cherished family. Her warm smile and kind nature touched the lives of everyone she met. She was known for her generous spirit, quick wit, and unwavering honesty. Louise found joy in singing in the choir, participating in the Speedway Musicale, and volunteering at Speedway Schools.
She is preceded in death by her husband Bill and Daughter Ann.
Among Louise's proudest accomplishments were her four daughters: the late Ann Ertel, Coni Thomas (Jeff), Janet Wraight (Mark), and Lori Lamm (Matt). She was also blessed with seven grandsons and eleven great-grandchildren who brought immense happiness into her life.
The memories Louise leaves behind are filled with laughter, kindness, and endless love. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew her best. But her spirit will live on through the countless lives she touched during her time on earth.
Services to honor and celebrate Louise's life will be held at Flanner Buchanan - Speedway on May 14, 2024. A visitation will take place from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 2:30 PM. The day will conclude with a Graveside Service at Washington Park North starting at 3:30 PM.
