Louis W. Cook

Louis W. Cook, Jr., 70, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 1, 2014. He was born on February 8, 1944 in Indianapolis, to Lewis and Mary Cook. His spouse Maxine Cook, two of his sisters, Lottie Jett and Sophie Jean Moore and his brother, William Cook, preceded him in death. He was a member of Warren Park Wesleyan Church. Surviving to cherish his memory are his children, Kimberly Jimenez, Tammy Brooks, Kandy Hood, Louis W. Cook III, Jamie Hood, Tina Dobbs, Jodie Pittman and Mark Cook; sister, Carolyn Vick and brother, Rick Cook; 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
