Louis A. Grayson

Louis A. Grayson, 81, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, April 24, 2012. He was born to Vernon R. and Stella (Brady) Grayson on January 22, 1931 in Russellville, KY. Louis served his country in the U.S. Army and worked 34 years for General Motors. He loved fishing and relaxing in the great outdoors. Louis is survived by his wife of 60 years, Elsie (Raines) Grayson; children, Sue Grayson Hausman, Mike (Sheryl) Grayson, Mickey Grayson; daughter-in-law, Robin Grayson; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Elaine Grise, Duane Grayson, Shirley Ballard and Billy Grayson. Louis was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Lynn Grayson; son-in-law, Michael Hausman; 6 brothers and sisters. Funeral services for Mr. Grayson will be held at Flanner and Buchanan - Floral Park on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 1 p.m., with visitation 2 hours prior to the services. Entombment will follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
