Loretta Mae Kemker Huber 76, Indianapolis, left us on Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at her residence. She had been experiencing failing health. Loretta was born May 28, 1935 in Fayette Co., one of six children of the late Stephen and Opal Kemker from Connersville, IN. A graduate of Connersville High School, she found employment at Herf Jones in Indianapolis. On March 26, 1955, Loretta found and wed the love of her life, Paul Huber Sr. They bore four children, Paul Jr. (Marsha), Marilyn (Tim), David and Edward (Becky); grandchildren, Melinda, Rainy, Mitchell, Kevin, Savannah and ten great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Loretta was preceded in death by her loving parents, Stephen and Opal and sister, Barbara. She was a very loving mother and wife, loved by everyone she had ever met. Her eye sight was poor most of her life, but that never stopped her from raising four beautiful children and enjoying life. Loretta’s family extends their gratitude to Becky Soper, for the loving care she so willingly gave and also to the Community Hospice Network. A Mass of Christian Burial for Loretta will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 7243 E. 10th St., with visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 15 and from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center-Washington Park East. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
