Loretta Marie Gott

89, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on October 7, 2026. Loretta was born on June 29, 1937, in Franklin, Indiana to the late Clarence and Lenora Robinson. She was preceded in death by her brothers Carl and Ronnie Robinson and her parents. She is survived by her husband James “Bud” Gott, sons James (Julie) Gott, Randy (Vicky) Gott and Kevin (Cherri) Gott, six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Loretta was a very loving and devoted Wife and Mother. She has celebrated over 71 years of marriage as well as raising three successful sons. She was a member of West Newton Full Gospel Tabernacle as well as Eternal Life Tabernacle. Loretta had many talents. She was a gifted crocheter who could crochet anything from afghans, clothes, and dolls. She was also known for decorating cakes along with making the most delicious dumplings. Loretta also enjoyed playing the slot machines at casinos. Also, she was a “fierce” euchre player and loved fishing off the bank. Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma you are loved and will be truly missed but never forgotten… your family. Services will be private with Pastor Mark Pingleton officiating. Burial will take place at Floral Park Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.
