Lola Marie Curtiss

Lola Marie Curtiss, 60, of Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2016. She was born on June 24, 1955 in Indianapolis to Mary Lou (Gates) Kendall. Lola was a 1974 graduate of Decatur Central High School and graduated from Indiana Business College. She worked as an accountant for Horizon House and was very involved in the AA community. Lola is survived by her children, Lisa (Thomas) Hayes, Kimberly (Timothy) Cook, Mike Curtiss, Jr.; 5 grandchildren, Dylan, Kelsey, Austin, Cody, Kara; and 2 great-grandchildren, Bradley and Emmy. Lola is also survived by her brother, Neil Kendall. She was preceded in death by her mother; and husband, Michael A. Curtiss, Sr. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 2-7pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway. A private committal service will be held at West Ridge Park Cemetery at a later date.
