Lois A. Murden, 89 of Westfield, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. Lois was born June 29, 1927 in Twelve Mile, IN to the late Ross and Helen Bookwalter. She worked in the investment department of Union State Bank for many years.
Lois was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Business and Professional Women’s Association.
Private services will be held for the family. A public visitation will be Tuesday, March 28 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Flanner and Buchanan-Carmel. Burial will be in Green lawn Cemetery, Mexico, IN.
Lois is survived by her husband, William G. “Bill” Murden; sons, Robert S. Murden and Thomas R. (wife, Christy) Murden; grandchildren, Emily Addleman, Ashley Hartowicz and Nathan Murden; great grandchildren, Ian, Elise, Heidi and Natalie. She was preceded in death by her brother, Don Bookwalter.
