Lisa Morgan

Lisa Ann Morgan, 54, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 1, 2023. She was born in Indianapolis on July 8^th, 1969, to her parents Patricia Wessel and Chester Shirrell.

 She passed peacefully at home with loved ones by her side after a 6-year long battle with cancer. Her strength and positive attitude were an inspiration to everyone who walked the difficult journey with her.

 Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Wessel and Chester Shirrell, and brother Robert B. Shirrell.

Lisa is survived by Brad Reynolds; sons, Jonathan Morgan and Joshua Morgan; Karen Reynolds; sister, Kim Hodges; nieces and nephews; five adorable grandchildren; and many extended family members. Lisa will be missed intensely by the family and friends she loved so completely. No one can replace the smiles, the hugs, the delight and the devotion she gave all of them. She was truly a kind, giving and selfless person.

Lisa and Brad were thankful to have a full and loving life together for 16 years. She made their home a welcome and comfortable place for everyone. Lisa was grateful for the many people across the country who prayed for her throughout her illness. 

Rest in peace, sweet Lisa.

Visitation is Sunday, November 19, 2023, from 12-3 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. The funeral service is at 3 pm. Lisa will be laid to rest Monday, November 20^th, 2023, Washington Park East Cemetery in a private ceremony.
