Linda Faith Lewis

Linda “Faith” Lewis, 67, Indianapolis, passed away on October 25,
2023. She was born in Centerville, IA to LaVerne McDanel and Geneva
Mae (Richardson) Frantzreb.

Faith graduated HS early and signed up for active duty in the United States Army. She was a single mother for 10 years and married David J. Lewis, a Sergeant in the U.S. Army and moved to Copperas Cove, TX. She then joined the Civil Service for the military as an Executive Secretary. Faith loved to play cards and joined online gaming leagues where she met many friends over the years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her niece, April McDanel, and great nephew, Jason Godwin III, and her brother, Rodney McDanel. Survivors include her sisters, Brenda (McDanel)Potts and Freida (McDanel) Phillips, her sister-in-law, Tracie McDanel,  her only child, Cevyn A'Pela, her grandchildren, Trent Nicely, Connor Hall, Eros Hall, and great grandchildren, Olivia Grace Hall, and Georgia Jean Hall, her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Freida Phillips or Cevyn A'Pela.

Visitation will be held Friday November 3rd from 10:30am to 12:30pm at
Flanner Buchanan-Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700
Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis.

A memorial service will begin there at
