Linda Darlene Dowers

Linda Darlene Dowers, 71 of Indianapolis passed away on November 11th, 2022, in Indianapolis. Linda was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on April 18th, 1951, to the late Howard Albert Dowers Sr. and Marjorie Faye (Barr) Dowers.

Linda retired from State Auto Ins. Co.  She enjoyed her retirement socializing with other State Auto retirees and all her family, nieces and nephews. She enjoyed her Facebook and sending photos keeping current of various events.  She enjoyed her bible studies, online church services, and family birthday celebration.  Linda was the family beacon keeping the family updated on events and photos.

Linda will be missed sorely by all the lives she has touched.

She is survived by her brothers, Larry Dowers (Susie), and Gary Dowers (Dixie) and Howard Dowers Jr. (Faye).

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Sandra K. Smith.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Flanner Buchanan—Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, from 11AM-1 PM. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 1PM. Linda will be laid to rest in Washington Park East Cemetery
