Lawrence "Larry" Cannon

Lawrence “Larry” Cannon, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away September 19th, 2021. He was born June 8th, 1953, in Indianapolis, to parents Robert and Ruthanne (Huff) Cannon. On January 6th, 1976, Larry married the love of his life, Debbie Kendall. They shared 45 wonderful years together. Larry graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University. He worked as a registered nurse at Community Hospital North for many years before retiring. Larry was a loving, social gentleman. He was a devoted fan of IU, Warren Central high school, and Indy car racing. Larry enjoyed relaxing and watching TV. He adored his family and loved being a grandpa. Larry is survived by his wife Debbie Cannon; his sons Eric (Sarah) Cannon, Ryan Cannon, and Tyler Cannon; his grandson Douglas Cannon; brothers Jim (Jane) Cannon, and Bobby (Roxie) Cannon; and his stepmother Sandra Cannon. He is preceded in death by his parents. In lieu of flowers, consider donating to St. Vincent Hospice or Community Hospice.
