Lavonne Jean Ross

Lavonne Jean Ross, 82, Indianapolis, passed away July 20, 2014. She was born on January 6, 1932 in Indianapolis. Lavonne was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her son, Sam, two sisters, Helen and Edna, and a brother, James. Lavonne is survived by her children, John Wayne, Larry, Stevie, Tommy, Gary, Jerry, Mark, Phillip, and Sandra; her siblings, Danny, Ronnie, Shirley, and Mary; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be on Saturday, July 26 at 1 PM at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington Street, with visitation from 11 AM until service time. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
