Lavada Mae Loeblin

LaVada M. Loeblin, 94, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on February 6, 2017, in Fishers, Indiana.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 9, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., at Northview Christian Church, 12900 Hazel Dell Pkwy, Carmel, IN 46033, with the service immediately following. Pastor Mark Crull will be officiating. Burial will be at Washington Park East Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel.

LaVada was born in Indianapolis to Earl and Zora Sutherlin on
May 23, 1922. She went to school at Emmerich Manual High School, Indianapolis. She married Ervin Loeblin on August 22, 1939 in Indianapolis. She retired from Bunzl in Indianapolis. She was a regular attendee of Northview Church.

LaVada is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Earl, beloved husband of 54 years, Ervin, and son-in-law Leonard “Sonny” Heinlein.

LaVada is survived and lovingly remembered by Judith Heinlein, Pam Graham (David), 7 Grandchildren, 20 great-Grandchildren and 2 great great Grandchildren.

LaVada enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church, laughing and always wearing a smile on her face. She was a loving and caring person, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Central Indiana. LaVada’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the many caregivers who provided such comfort and kindness during these past couple of years.
