Laurie L. Ward

Laurie L. Ward, 41, Veedersburg, passed away April 14, 2014. She was born July 30, 1972, in Indianapolis. She married Ronald Ward, Jr. on August 24, 2007. Laurie loved cleaning, animals, and collecting antiques. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband; mother, Marsha (Greg) Wainscott; children, Luke (Kiersti) Sickbert and Emily Sickbert; step-son, Austin Ward; grandson, Layton Sickbert; siblings, Lisa (Tom) Hufferd, Tammy (Jamie) Dugle, Davina (Kevin) Tarpley, and Eric (Kathy) Buster; and father-in-law, Ronald Ward, Sr. She was preceded in death by her son, Logan Sickbert; and a grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Smith. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 17, 2014, at Flanner and Buchanan – Hamilton Memorial Park, 4180 Westfield Road.
