Laura Ann Wohlschlaeger

Laura Ann Wohlschlaeger, 59 of Westfield, was welcomed into the comforting arms of Jesus on Thursday, November 20, 2025 peacefully at home. Laura was born March 4, 1966 in Zionsville to the late John Raymond and Janet Nelson Barb. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Joel Wohlschlaeger, II.

She met her husband in high school and they married young. In 1990, their first child Robbie was born, followed by Danny a few years later. In 1995, Rob and Laura bought their first home and moved up to the Sheridan/Westfield area. There, they raised both boys and eventually became empty nesters. Through many sports and all of the shenanigans that come with raising two boys, she and Rob unconditionally loved and supported both of their boys without fail.

Most recently, Laura was an Operations Manager at Allied Solutions. She will be greatly missed for her leadership, kindness, and the impact she made in the day-to-day lives of her Allied family.

Laura loved many things, most of all her late husband, Rob, who she missed dearly. Laura loved her flower garden, feeding the birds and listening to Dave Matthews. She was the BEST mom and the GREATEST Granny Lala. Her warm, bubbly, and loving presence will be missed by her grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to gather from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Sunday, December 14 at Flanner Buchanan-Hamilton Memorial Park, Prairie Waters, with a memorial service following.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Joel “Rob” (wife, Olivia) Wohlschlaeger III and Daniel John (wife, Devyn) Wohlschlaeger; grandchildren, Nora, Luella, Selah and Robert Joel IV “Bo”; brothers, Michael (wife, Tracy) Barb and Gary (wife, Patty) Barb; sister, Teresa Barb Weaver.
