Larry W. Silcox

Larry W. Silcox, 74, Indianapolis passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at home. He was born May 18, 1940 in Glasgow, KY son to the late Orlen and Katheryn (Slinker) Silcox. Larry was a great man he had attended Arsenal Technical High School. He join the United States Army shortly after school. He had worked 34 years at Rexnord (Link Belt) and was a Union officer for 30 years. He enjoyed bowling on the Link Belt Team, gambling and traveling. Larry is survived by his wife, Bridget; sons, John, Donald, and Larry Jr. Silcox; daughter, Eva Leath; step-son, Troy Griffith; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be 2:00 P.M. July 12, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd. Visitation will be Family at 10:00 A.M. public 11:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the funeral Home.
