Larry Renn

Larry W. Renn 80, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at home on November 13, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Larry was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He proudly served his country in the Army and worked at Allison Transmission for forty years before retiring. He was an active member with Village Bible Church where he served for many years. He is survived by his wife, Christine Renn; his children, Lori Renn Wilson (Larry), Larry Renn, Jeff Renn, Don Harrington (Cyndi), Marci Johnson (Kent), and Ron Harrington; 8 grandchildren, one grandchild, and his siblings, Sharon Furr (Mack), David Renn (Tina), Joe Modlin, and Joann Bright (Gregg). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Renn; father, Leo Renn, and mother Anna Renn; nephew Officer Perry W. Renn. Friends may call on Sunday, November 16, from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM with funeral service beginning at 7:00 pm. Services will take place at Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN. Entombment will take place at Washington Park East Cemetery on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10:00am.
