Larry D. Eyre

Larry D. Eyre, Sr., passed away Jan. 20, 2015 in Indianapolis. He was born July 15, 1940 in Moline, IL son to Thomas and Florence (Carlson) Eyre. Larry had worked and retired after 24 years at Allison Transmission. He served honorably in the United States Army. Larry was a member of Life Tabernacle. He was a talented singer in many quartets and choirs and he enjoyed traveling. Larry is survived by sons, Carl and Larry Jr. Eyre; daughters Donna Sparks, Sheri Bryan and Laurie Eyre; step-children, Scott Wilden and Carrie Sue Wilden and many grandchildren, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Judy (White) Eyre and a brother, Donal Eyre. Services will be 1 pm Jan. 24, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan-Floral Park, 425 N. Holt Rd.
