L. Luree Kreidler

L. LUREE KREIDLER, 90, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, at Clearvista Lake Health Campus. 

Born in Butler County, Eau Claire, Pennsylvania on July 18, 1933, she was the daughter of late Lee Dewitt and Maude Mae Young Stalker. 

Luree was married in June 1958 to Kenneth Kreidler, who passed away November 22, 2015.  She was a believer in God, a caregiver, and provider to her 6 girls, teaching them the value of hard work and resilience. She enjoyed quilting and was an avid gardener. She loved animals and watching birds. She worked at Target in the stockroom for many years. 

She is survived by her daughters and husbands; Sheryl (Timothy) Filler; Sonya (Joseph) Contreras; Stephanie Kreidler; Sophia (Francis) Kress and Stacia (Paul) Miller; also, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Her brother, Richard Stalker of Emlenton, PA and nieces and nephews.

In addition to parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Susan Nixon, her sister Nancy Kerr and brothers Frank, Fred, Donald Joe, Dale (Duke), Jack, Merle, and Earl Stalker. 

A private family gathering will be held in lieu of memorial or funeral service.
