L. Joann Caudell

L. JoAnn Caudell, 89, of Noblesville, Indiana, passed away on August 19, 2021. She was born on May 20, 1932, in Connersville, Indiana, to the late Pierce and Jessie Hunt. She graduated from Connersville High School in 1950.

She worked for RCA records department for 30 years. She was active in the Smyrna Shrine Guild at the Murat Shrine. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading books, knitting scarfs and hats for the homeless, playing cards and going to lunch with the ladies.

JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Mike) O’Malia; 4 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in passing by her husband, Robert L. Caudell, daughter Debi Freund, and great-grandson, Maverick O’Malia; her 3 brothers; and her 4 sisters.

JoAnn’s Visitation will be held Thursday, August 26, from 10 am to 11 am, at Flanner Buchanan – Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Conner Suite, 9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250. Funeral Service will follow at 11 am. Following the graveside service, there will be a meal for family and friends back at the main building.
