Kim Edward Hadley, Jr.

KimEdward Hadley, Jr was born May 12, 1971 in Indianapolis Indiana. He attendedSt. Andrew Catholic School and went on to graduate from Cathedral High Schoolin 1990. While at St. Andrew and Cathedral, Kim played varsity football.He went on to play semi-professional football as a member of the 2006 MinorLeague Football AA National championship Hoosier Hurricanes football team.

Kimhad many career interests and a strong work ethic. He was a Certified NursingAssistant and worked for many years in the healthcare field. He was also askilled mechanical technician and worked for Overhead Door as a garage doorinstaller. He completed an Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance and earneda Federal Aviation Administration certification as a licensed airframe andpower plant aircraft maintenance technician. Kim went on to attend Embry-RiddleAeronautical University. He most recently worked at Faurecia in Columbus,Indiana as a manufacturing machine operator where had just been promoted andselected to attend robotics operations and maintenance training prior to histragic accident.

Kimhad many interests and hobbies. He loved the game of football, spendingmuch time coaching and mentoring his stepsons and other youth. He washuge Notre Dame Fighting Irish fan (Go Irish!). Kim was an avid musiclover with a wide range of tastes that extended from old school hip hop toheavy metal. He was well-known for his passion for all things related to StarWars, as he celebrated the franchise with an extensive memorabiliacollection.

Mostimportantly, Kim loved his family and many friends dearly. He never met astranger. He was an easygoing and kind man that was accepting of people fromall walks of life. Kim enjoyed many friends because he was a wonderfulfriend.

Kimis survived by his wife, Lora; daughter, Tempest; stepchildren, Malachi,Ezekiel, Naomi; grandson, Davonte; mother, Pamela; stepfathers,Michael and Robert; sisters, Michelle, Kellie, Khadija, and Candis; brothers, Patrickand Shane; stepsisters, Angel, Bernadette, and Celeste; and a host of aunts,uncles, cousins and great friends.

Hewas preceded in death by his father Kim Hadley, Sr; grandmother, VedaPowell; great-grandparents Flocie and Ashley Moore; and cousin, VedaDouglas.
