Kenneth Thrasher

Kenneth "Jargo" Thrasher 85 of Camby, IN passed away March 11, 2013. He was born on February 23, 1928 in Burkesville, KY to the late Ewell and Annie (Humphrey) Thrasher. He was owner of Ken Thrasher Painting retiring in 2003. He was joined in marriage to Eva Mae (Dyer) Thrasher on April 8, 1949, who preceded him in death. He was a member of the Pentecostal Bread of Life Church. He is survived by his children, Phyllis (Darrell) McElyea of Mooresville, Mike (Donna) Thrasher of Camby, Patty (Bruce) Barz of Mooresville, Kath Todd of Indianapolis, Tim (Bridgett) Thrasher of Martinsville, siblings, Ewell (Marlene) Thrasher, 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Besides his wife he is preceded in death by his children, Connie Ray, Robert and Brenda Thrasher, grandchild, Kilo Thrasher, brother, Prentice Thrasher, and sister, Lottie Thrasher. Services will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan-Decatur with visitation there on Thursday March 14th 4-8 PM. Entombment will follow the service at Floral Park Cemetery.
