Kenneth Radliff

July 17, 1935 — April 23, 2015

Kenneth L. Radliff, 79, of Indianapolis, passed away April 23, 2015 following a short illness. Jeanette Shallop Radliff, his loving wife of 27 years, survives him. Many family will miss him greatly: sons Kenneth & Christopher, and daughter Jennifer Murphy; stepdaughter JoLynn Shallop Wright and stepson Eric Shallop; grandchildren, Emma, Calvin, Taylor, Molly, Alexander, Greer and Hayley; sons-in-law, J. Bruce Wright and Chris Murphy; siblings, Marie Hajichek, David Radliff, Richard Radliff, David Johns, Dan Johns and Cathy Dunlop. Ken was born in Atkinson, NE, living in numerous North & South Dakota communities where his father was a Presbyterian minister. His business life encompassed all aspects of property management primarily for The Simon Property Group as a Regional Manager and with Duke Associates. He was a US Army Veteran. His talents ranged from the financial to marketing to team management. Ken enjoyed all things in the world of nature: mountains, streams, birds, photography, wood turning. He also enjoyed flying and was licensed to fly single engine airplanes with commercial and instructor ratings. Mostly he enjoyed being with & helping Jeanette wherever they were together. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2nd Presbyterian Church, 7700 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis; visitation 1 hour prior to the service. A light lunch will be served immediately following the service. Flanner and Buchanan-Zionsville entrusted with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to a church or charitable organization of your choice.
