Indianapolis, Indiana - Kenneth Lewis Hall Jr., 81 passed at home on May 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving wife Bonnie and their children. His generosity, kindness and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ken was born on November 5, 1943, in Brewster, Massachusetts. He attended Nauset High school and after graduating, joined the United States Army. He served for over twenty years, including the Vietnam War where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He retired from active duty in 1983. After retiring, he continued to work for the department of defense and retired after 26 and a half years of service. Ken was also a longtime member of the American Legion, VFW and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Ken was a lifelong sports fan, having played on his high school baseball team. After his move to Indianapolis, he became an avid Colts fan, having season tickets with his wife. He even worked security for the Colts for several years. When it came to baseball, he kept his Massachusetts' roots and cheered for the Red Sox. He also umpired softball in his spare time for many years. Ken was known to enjoy a good round of golf or two. Ken was also a known car enthusiast, especially Camaros, taking his own Camaro around the Indianapolis 500 track on more than one occasion. He and Bonnie also enjoyed camping with friends and family all over the country.

Most importantly, Ken married his beloved wife Bonnie on June 26, 1993, celebrating 32 years of marriage together this year. A kind and loving man, he put his family above anything else.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth L. Hall Sr. and Betty (Cowen) Hall. He is survived by his brother George (Judd) Hall (Jerilyn) and sister Brenda Hathaway (Peter) and his beloved wife Bonnie; children Kenneth Hall III (Susan), Rebecca Miceli (Joseph), Kathy Dimmett, Janet Kidd (Roy), Timothy Riches, Carol Riches Wetzel (Sam), Ami Hansen (Jeffrey); grandchildren: Zachary, Katelyn (Andrew), Laura, Domenic, Matthew, Robert (Kristine), Chris, Sarah (Ostyn), Maggie and Erin; several great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Flanner Buchanan-Memorial Park on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 12pm to 3pm with the funeral service at 3 pm.
