Allen worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator for multiple companies, most recently Hessit Works in Spencer, Indiana. He was hardworking and dependable, taking pride in his work throughout his career.
Allen was known for his laid-back personality and kind heart. He was friendly to everyone he met and never missed an opportunity to tell a joke—whether to family, friends, or strangers. He had a deep love for music, especially Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, which brought him great joy.
There will be no services at this time. A celebration of life will be planned for the spring with friends and family in Colorado.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, please support the performing arts and maybe venture to see a comedy show.
