Kelly Lee VanArsdale

Kelly Lee VanArsdale 73 years old of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away June 30, 2024. He was born on January 24, 1951, to the late Lindsy Dale and Bertha (Graham) VanArsdale. Kelly owned and operated Kelly’s Siding for many years before retiring. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Kelly was an avid golfer, enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding and building his own motorcycles, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, for which he had a special nickname for all of them. Kelly was a member of the American Legion Post #64. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all those who knew him. Kelly is survived by his loving wife Sharon (Dunigan) Van Arsdale, whom he married July 1, 2006, his children, Lorraine Gallagher (Dave), Keith VanArsdale (Sandy), Mitch VanArsdale, Jennifer Hill, Tim Dunigan (Becky), Robyn Hughes (Jarrad), Joe Dunigan (Brandy), his 24 grandchildren, his 32 great grandchildren, and his 1 great-great grandchild. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Desiree, 2 brothers, and Lorraine VanArsdale.

To celebrate Kelly’s life the family invites you to share in a time of honoring and remembering his life on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Flanner Buchanan Decatur Township. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Flanner Buchanan. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorial gifts are directed to Disabled American Veterans in his memory.
